Problem Statement

Manual testing of enterprise GenAI agents across 30+ business domains was time-intensive, inconsistent, and prone to human error. Each agent required validation of prompt understanding, tool selection, API calls, and response accuracy, making comprehensive testing nearly impossible at scale.

Solution Overview

Designed and built a comprehensive end-to-end testing framework that converts Excel test plans into executable Java/Selenium tests, automatically validates agent behavior, and generates detailed interactive reports with full CI/CD integration.

Problem Statement

Manual password management across 23 QA environments with multiple tenants required extensive coordination, taking an estimated 1,991 minutes (33+ hours) if performed by a single person. The process was repetitive, time-sensitive, and prone to human error.

Designed and implemented a fully automated workflow that orchestrates password generation, secure storage, API-driven updates, and validation across multi-tenant environments, reducing execution time to under 2 hours.

QA teams across the organization lacked a unified platform for managing test execution, environment orchestration, and CI/CD pipeline operations. Teams relied on scattered scripts, manual GitLab interactions, and tribal knowledge, creating bottlenecks in automation adoption and QA maturity.

Solution Overview

Designed and built a comprehensive full-stack web application that centralizes test execution triggers, GitLab pipeline management, environment and tenant orchestration, branch mapping, and team collaboration — all behind role-based access control with OAuth2 and API key authentication. Originally built for the M3 QA team, it now serves multiple development teams as a shared platform for QA maturity and automation adoption.

Platform Workflow

1. Authentication: Users log in via OAuth2 (Cognito-backed) or API clients authenticate with issued API keys
2. Environment Selection: Browse environments grouped by QL level (QL1–QL7) with team-based filtering
3. Action Configuration: Select test action (Common Test, Rerun, After Test, Test Suite, Stabilization) with QL-specific rules — branch selection, test ticket input, or confirmation depending on tier
4. Pipeline Execution: One-click trigger sends configured variables to GitLab API, launching the pipeline on the correct branch and environment
5. Data Sync: Environment mappings, branch configurations, and test metadata stay in sync across DynamoDB and the local database
6. Monitoring & Audit: All actions logged with full audit trail — admin dashboard tracks user activity, team changes, and environment modifications
